Donald Mattersdorff
Chartered Financial Analyst and Founder of D. Mattersdorff LLC

Donald founded D. Mattersdorff LLC to answer the needs of two friends searching for a trustworthy financial advisor. His sense of integrity, his broad experience and his passion for history provide his clients with an independent and critical opinion that is unique in the industry.
​

Donald has over twenty years of experience as a financial advisor for institutions, mutual funds and private investors. His previous roles included working for the Boston based Putnam Family of Mutual Funds as a securities analyst and then as a portfolio manager. Later he
he performed a similar role for GT Global Funds in San Francisco.
​
He graduated with honors from Dartmouth College in 1984 with a major in history. And he has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1995.
​
When he's not working for his clients, he likes reading historical biographies, playing with his kids, skiing and volunteering in his community.

Céline Perrin-Mattersdorff
Vice President of Customer Service and Marketing

Céline recently joined D. Mattersdorff LLC to coordinate the firm's customer service and marketing efforts. Her business and design background add to the strength of our advisory practice by finding new ways to share our expertise effectively.
​

​
She holds a sales and marketing degree from l'Ecole Supérieure des Métiers de la Vente et de la Gestion, Chaumont France (graduated first of her class in 1995), as well as a certificate in Interior Architecture and Interior Design from University of California, Berkeley Extension (awarded with distinction in 2004).
​
At home, Céline enjoys cooking, painting and sharing her French culture. She does her best to make time for her family, her friends, her community and her creative endeavors.
